What payment methods do you accept?

At checkout you have the choice of major credit and debit cards to make instant payment. Those people, who wish to pay via bank transfer or in different major currency, simply get in touch for further details.

What currency do you accept?

Accepted Answer

At present we accept Sterling Pound (GBP) card payments. Euro (EUR) and US $ (USD) payments can be made direct to our bank account. Please ask for more details.

How much VAT / Sales Tax will I pay on my order?

Accepted Answer

If your order goes anywhere within UK you will be charged 20% VAT at checkout. For all our international customers there is no VAT at checkout, however local sales taxes and/or import duty will be applied and require settlement prior to delivery. The courier will contact you with the payment request. Currently we ship our products with HS codes 8805210000 or  8543900000 for hardware and 9504509100 for headsets. If you need more info, get in touch please.
