The new Meca EVO1 pedals increase the emphasis on the robustness, reliability and adjustability

  • Loadcell technology

  • Solid construction

  • Excellent quality

  • New electronic board

  • Variability of attachment

  • Fully adjustable

All pedals are equipped with a high-quality load cell sensors and the power transmission to the sensor itself has been redesigned.

New Meca Control Panel

The redesigned Meca Control Panel software now includes 9-point curve settings for each pedal and you can save your own setting profiles. You can also set dead zones and calibrate individual pedals.

Solid Construction

Made from 4mm thick steel with a surface treatment made on a CNC laser.

Using only high quality bearings.

Made in EU

All parts are designed, manufactured and assembled by hand in our workshop in Czech Republic - the heart of Europe.

Meca EVO1
THROTTLE PEDAL

  • 4mm thick steel with surface treatment

  • Pedal lever bearing mounting

  • Adjustable pedal angle

  • Adjustable position forward/backward, left/right

  • Height-adjustable pedal faceplate (the pedals' surface is treated with ballotin (glass blasting), which increases adhesion)

  • Possible adjust of the stiffness of the pedal in a round groove

  • Fine tunning of the preload spring with a round nut

  • Optional additional purchase of a long faceplate for Heel and Toe

  • 20kg load cell sensor

  • Ball bearing rotation axis housing

Meca EVO1
BRAKE PEDAL

  • 4mm stainless steel

  • Loadcell sensor 200kg

  • Brakes with a force of up to 136kg

  • High adjustable face plate

  • Three different hardness using replaceable polyurethane washers

Replaceable polyurethane rollers for pedal hardness adjustment

The brake pedal includes rollers of three levels of hardness:

black – soft (pre-fitted to the pedal)

blue – medium

orange – hard

Exchanging roller types between different hardness levels sets the feedback and feel of the braking system, and combining roller types affects the linearity of stiffness when pressing the pedal.

Aluminium polyurethane stoppers

Each polyurethane piece is equipped with its own stopper (aluminium bowl). This ensures that each polyurethane roller is protected against its marginal limit load and ensures the polyurethane rollers can be loaded until their weight limit. Once the limit is breached the rollers become kegs and the attached sensors are no longer capable of reading the force applied to the pedal as the force is expelled out of the axis. This design minimises excessive deformation, removes the unpleasant feeling of pedal-drop, and increases the roller's life expectancy.

Another important benefit occurs when the polyurethane stoppers connect while fully pressing the brake pedal. When contact is made the brake simulates a pressurized brake system with no more pedal movement. This leads to a hard brake pedal resulting in a very similar feeling to breaking in a real car.

Therefore, stoppers prevent excessive deformation, significantly extend the lifespan of the polyurethanes, and contribute to an overall better braking feeling.

CLUTCH PEDAL

  • 4mm thick steel with surface treatment

  • Adjustable pedal angle Adjustable position forward/backward, left/right

  • Height-adjustable pedal face plate (Balotin stainless steel)

  • Degressive style clutch – simulation of clutch compression in a real car

  • Large variation of settings and fine tuning

  • Equipped with 4 tension springs, can be changed according to the user

  • Springs can be removed – 4 springs (max)- 1 spring (min)

  • Load cell sensor

  • Ball bearing rotation axis housing

The new MECA EVO1 pedals is an evolution of the previous generation’s successful pedals, which are enhanced by experience and feedback from sim racers all around the world.

The EVO1 model is therefore more robust, more reliable and even closer to reality.

During the development, emphasis was placed on smooth operation, system tightness and durability

The new hydraulic version of the brake pedal is equipped with a master cylinder of the Willwood brand and a slave cylinder of its own production.

The slave cylinder is equipped with polyurethanes with an unrivaled system of cups, which protect the polyurethanes from overload and at the same time simulate the pressure of the brake system.

Meca EVO1 BASEPLATE

  • Base part from extruded aluminum

  • Adjustable Heel plate, height wise and distance wise

  • Compact and very solid base for large load forces

  • High modularity and precise settings according to the user’s needs

Meca EVO Handbreak

  • the Mavin load cell sensor with a maximum possible load of 200kg takes care of the power transmission. It’s the same sensor that’s used on the Meca EVO1 brake pedal.

  • perfect length and the right toughness, which you can adjust to your preferences thanks to two polyurethanes

  • the lever can be positioned and of course there is also a replaceable head
