Shipping and Returns
United Kingdom Shipping Policy
Here at Race@Home we like to keep things simple therefore all of our products listed on our website which are less than 20kg are sent via a currier or Royal Mail with 1-2 working days delivery. For other heavier items we try to offer shipping with the best quotes available. There are at least 2 options for you to choose from, either express shipping with 1-2 working days delivery or standard 3-5 working days delivery and/or economy shipping if available with the best quotes possible.
All orders placed before midday, 12:00 GMT (or BST) will be sent on the same day, all of those placed after this time will be shipped on the following working day.
Sidewinder motion platforms are subject to a 48 hour delay on shipping if you select to have the item pre-assembled.
This is subject to change during busy periods.
We strongly advise our costumers to get in touch before completing your order if you have a specific delivery date in mind.
Return & Exchange Policy
At Race@Home we want to give our customers the best shopping experience and that is why our store policies are fair, clear and transparent.
Returning your product because you changed your mind
For all online and telephone purchases your order must be returned within 14 days. Please return your items unused and in original condition including all labels, tags intact and in original packaging with proof of purchase. We will be happy to offer you an exchange or a full refund as long as the returned product meets these terms and conditions.
If your product develops a fault within 30 days of purchase, please return with proof of purchase and we will exchange it or give you a refund. Please disable any security features and delete all of your personal data.
After 30 days, we will repair or replace the product in accordance with the terms of the Consumer Rights Act 2015.
Business Customers
Business customers will be unable to cancel an order once submitted so please check your order carefully before submitting it. However, under certain conditions, and provided processing of the order has not commenced, we may, at our discretion, make a cancellation. Please contact us as soon as possible. Any annulment agreed is at the discretion of Race@home Ltd, subject to a minimum re-stocking fee of 25% or £20.00, whichever is greater, deducted from any credit due. Any delivery costs initially applied are not credited.
Should an order be returned without prior written agreement the customer will be notified in writing. The customer can then determine whether we should dispose of the goods or prepare them for collection by the customer at the customers expense.
