This entitles the end user to 1 hour of telephone support, aimed at getting the best out of your Pimax 8KX device. Once purchased you will be contacted by one of our lovely team to arrange an appointment where we can assist you wilth optomising your headset. 

 

Support direct from the UK,  is something that has long been missing with this product and has caused alot of frustration with end users. This is only a setup support session and is not something you should buy if you feel you have a fault with your Pimax device. 

 

When your appointment is held you should have a clear 1 hour slot with no distractions, we ask that you have the device to hand and all relevent software already installed as this would only be a waste of your time waiting for installations instead of getting down to the good bits. 

 

This service is avaialable to all Pimax customers, regardless of where you have purchased your headset from.
